Orange ice blocks


  • 2 oranges
  • Caster sugar (to taste)
  • Maple syrup (to taste)
  • Water


Whizz the flesh of the oranges in a blender and top up with water to make 2 cups in volume.

Add a combination of maple syrup and caster sugar to suit your taste.

Pour into moulds and freeze for about 1 hour until semi-set.

Insert an ice block stick in each and freeze for another 3 hours or until solid.
