ORANGE ICE BLOCKS

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oranges
  • Caster sugar to taste
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Whizz the flesh of the oranges in a blender and top up with water to make 2 cups in volume.
  • Add a combination of maple syrup and caster sugar to suit your taste
  • Pour into moulds and freeze for about 1 hour until semi-set
  • Insert an ice block stick in each and freeze for another 3 hours or until solid
